“It’s not what you’re eating, it’s what’s eating you”

Are you frustrated at spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on diet plans?

Are you tired of feeling deprived of your favorite foods?

Are you tired of spending money on fitness memberships and can’t seem to get  to the gym?

Do you feel disgust for parts of your body?

Do you eat if you’re bored, unhappy, anxious or stressed?

Why Don’t Diets Work?

Diets don’t work for several reasons. Diets only target one piece of the weight puzzle. Diets target what people put in their mouth. They do not address the underlying feelings that cause people to overeat in the first place. The feelings of deprivation after and during dieting trigger bounce back overeating or binging. If the emotional reasons for overeating aren’t addressed, no diet in the world will keep the weight off. In contrast, EFT simply does work because it addresses all of the blocks to reaching and maintaining a desired goal weight.

Remove cravings, fears and self-doubt once and for all, and increase your motivation, self-confidence and sucess

1. EFT can reduce or eliminate food cravings that seem irresistible. Self-confidence is enhanced. Needless to say, as the cravings for high caloric foods are reduced and eliminated, you begin to lose weight, without feeling deprived.

2. EFT is an excellent tool for stress management, reducing everyday stresses that cause people to reach out for foods to soothe and tranquilize feelings, from anxiety to boredom.

3. EFT addresses and eliminate feelings about your body that reinforce weight problems.

4. EFT can be used to neutralize issues from the past that have led to a conditioned response to overeat at specific times, events or during certain emotional states.

5. EFT can also be used to target future situations that can trigger a relapse, such as high stress events, reducing the incidence of self-sabotage.
