WELCOME!- I founded Advanced Health Services in 1998 to bring effective holistic health concepts to the public. I can help you learn simple ways to relax and minimize stress as you experience a variety of safe, natural health techniques to balance the mind, body and spirit.

The Practitioner:  Mary L. Cenci RN, HNC

I have been a Registered Nurse since 1979, with experience in medical-surgical, psychiatric, and hospice nursing.   I'm a Board Certified Holistic Nurse, and Certified Practitioner of Interactive Guided Imagery, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Relaxation and Stress Management, and I’m a Reiki Master and Teacher. 

During eight years of private practice, I've worked individually with adults and children to rapidly resolve varying types of emotional distress. I specialize in correcting anxiety, painful memories, loss, guilt, grief, and chronic pain. I have successful weight reduction and stop smoking programs, to finally keep the weight off and kick the smoking habit for good. All the techniques at Advanced Health Services are drug-free, safe, gentle, and produce amazing results, often working when nothing else will. I am available to give lectures on a variety of topics such as Stress Management, Reiki and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

I'm a member of the American Holistic Nurses' Association, Imagery International, the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology, and was past president of the local Integrated Practitioner's Association.
